Any stay less then 6 nights is automatically $160 per night
A $10 per night, per additional adult, charge is applied when more than two adults are staying in the unit
A $25 Reservation Fee, $100 Refundable Damage Deposit, and State of Hawaii Hotel tax of 11.417% will be applied to all bookings
